Claim troubleshooting
An expiry message does not always mean the same thing. A reward may have reached its end date, used up a global quota, closed in one region or already been claimed by the account.
There is no standard duration. Some remain active for months, while event rewards may close within hours or after a fixed number of claims. The deadline published by the game is more reliable than the date on which someone shared the link.
The global claim quota may already be full, the offer may have ended in your region, or the portal may use one generic error for several eligibility failures. A reposted link can also be much older than the post containing it.
Re-enter it with the exact letter case, no spaces, and distinguish 0 from O. Then confirm the game, region, server, and account history: a one-use code remains rejected after its first claim. Only the game operator can reopen an expired campaign.
