FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where is a player ID or UID usually shown?
Open the in-game profile by tapping the avatar, player name or settings icon. The identifier is often displayed beneath the nickname or inside an account section, with a copy button beside it.
Why does a portal reject an ID that looks correct?
Common causes include copying a character ID instead of the account UID, selecting the wrong server, leaving an extra space, using an ID from another game region or entering details from a guest account that has not been linked.
Is it safe to share a player ID with a reward portal?
A public-facing player ID is normally used to locate an account, but it should only be entered on a verified official portal. Never provide your password, recovery code, two-factor code or access to your email account.
